About Shannon April
After being out of the housing industry for seven years to start a family with her husband of sixteen years, Shannon April wanted to hang her license with one of the nation's largest most prestigious and agent friendly real estate companies, @properties. She is a highly motivated and determined Luxury Home and Equestrian real estate agent whose sole purpose is to bring a stress-free and fun experience to her clients in one of their biggest and most important purchases
Shannon April, a native to the Chicagoland area, has always had a passion for real estate. At age of 19 she started working for a prominent builder in the south suburbs of Chicago, Oxford Estates. Shannon thrived there for twelve years, becoming hugely successful because she was able to give new home buyers a great experience and maintain those relationships with her customers.
Having grown up as an equestrian, it runs in Shannon's family starting with her mom, who rode competitively for many years, then passed it to her and her sisters, and now the third generation, her daughter. Though buying and selling equestrian estates isn't unusual, there are certain aspect and details about those estates that Shannon's extensive knowledge definitely contribute to her clients being well informed to making the right decision.
